I’ve shared my life with many animals, but dogs, especially Chow Chows, hold a special place in my heart. I’m now a proud fifth-generation Chow owner, and over the years I’ve learned just how unique and sensitive this regal breed can be.

Many commercial treats—even from reputable brands—triggered reactions in my chows. My sweet Jasmine needed homemade meals and treats just to feel her best. That challenge sparked what became a 10-year passion project: creating healthy, species-appropriate treats for sensitive pups.

My current chow, Ruso, also has a delicate palate. As a graduate of the Scottsdale Culinary Institute, I put my training to work—researching, testing, and consulting with veterinarians to create treats that are safe, wholesome, holistic, and absolutely delicious. After countless batches, I perfected recipes that Ruso not only tolerates, but adores. Every night, he trots over to the bedside table, tail wagging, ready for his treat and performing his signature happy dance.

Now, it’s my joy to share these delicacies with you and your pet. And because pet lovers deserve a little indulgence too, we’re also introducing a line of artisanal breads, cookies, and human treats inspired by the love we have for our furry companions.
